Philip Schneider (April 23, 1947 - January 1996) claimed to be an ex-government structural engineer involved in building deep underground military bases while working for Morrison Knudsen. He was married to Cynthia Drayer in 1987, and had a daughter, Marie [1].

Schneider became well known after publicly speaking out about joint alien-human operations, government black-budgets, new world order, false-flag events, and deep underground military bases. The contents of his lectures are unverifiable, and remain to be considered claims made by Schneider.^[1][2][3][4]

Phil Schneider's death is considered to be a murder by his ex-wife. The official statement is death by suicide.
